WildAid Marine Program can only be used by approved users.
Users agree to provide their professional credentials (name/ organization and/ or title) to create their account. Profiles are accessible when users post on the forum or contribute content on the site.
You are solely responsible for protecting your own account password and other account information.
WildAid Marine Program is for personal use only. That means you should not share your login information with others to access the forum or our resources. If you abuse your privileges, WildAid Marine Program has the right to suspend your account.
All content downloaded from WildAid Marine Program must be cited accordingly.
Private messages (PMs), a pending feature, are sent directly from one user to another. You can use PMs to communicate with other WildAid Marine Program users privately without using a third-party service (such as email or IM). Users have the ability to delete and block messages from other users. Moderators can only see messages that users have specifically marked as abusive, and only severe violations (harassment, phishing, threats) will generally be acted against by a moderator.
All users agree to respectful communication both in the forum and through private messages. Users will not threaten, defame, stalk, abuse, or harass other persons or engage in illegal activities, or encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.
Users will not transmit any material that is inappropriate, profane, vulgar, offensive, false, disparaging, defamatory, obscene, illegal, sexually explicit, racist, that promotes violence, racial hatred, or terrorism, or that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be otherwise objectionable.
Users will not violate any person’s or entity’s legal rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights), transmit material that violates or circumvents such rights, or remove or alter intellectual property or other legal notices.
Users will not transmit files that contain viruses, spyware, adware, or other harmful code.
Users will not advertise or promote goods or services without our permission (including, without limitation, by sending unsolicited email).
